When you take out a Nissan Extended Care policy, you'll receive Nissan Roadside Assistance, provided by RAC, for the remainder of your Nissan manufacturer's warranty period as well as for the duration of your warranty extension.
Roadside
Assistance is provided at the roadside to try and repair your vehicle. Approximately 80% of all problems are solved here, excluding accidents and extreme failures. If we are unable to repair your vehicle at the roadside, we will take you and your vehicle to the nearest Nissan dealer.
Onward travel
If your car cannot be repaired at the breakdown location, or your car is undriveable due to an accident, you and up to seven passengers will be provided with assistance to continue your journey.
Recovery
If a roadside repair cannot be carried out, or your car is undriveable due to an accident, it will be taken to a single address anywhere in the UK.
At home
If your car has a problem at home and it cannot be repaired, your Nissan will be taken to your nearest Nissan dealer.
